ABOUT

Purchased in early 2021, Lintern Holdings is a 350-acre farm that’s located in the heart of South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula.  The farm, although totally run down when purchased, was originally a dairy farm operation which was held by the same family for nearly 80 years.

A fast-moving process of transformation and regeneration is now underway with the establish an Australian White commercial sheep enterprise and a Stud operation also now established on the property.

In the few short years ahead Lintern Holdings will establish itself as not only a self-sustaining family pastural enterprise but with expansive areas set aside as a haven for wildlife within its substantial natural forested areas which will add value to the farms overall appeal.

Being adjacent to, and sharing a boundary with, the Gum Tree Gully Conservation Park we have sheltered off grazing and other areas to offer a safe haven for the local wild life.  The Conservation Park is an area that was established by the Government as land too protected and be preserved for the purpose of conserving  wildlife and the natural features of the land.

The Fleurieu Peninsula is 60km’s south of Adelaide’s CBD.  Hindmarsh Tiers, our location, is approximately fifteen minutes to the East of the Fluerieu coastline.  It offers expansive beaches and coastline with rugged cliff scapes, sheltered coves for year-round activities such as fishing, surfing, scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing, swimming and winter whale watching.  Twenty minutes south of Hindmarsh Tiers is Victor Harbour,  one of South Australia’s premier tourist destinations.
